A major country summit will be held this month in Sicily, Italy. Please liaise with the United States and recommend a meeting.
1. Regarding North Korea's nuclear and missile development issues, please resolve not only in Japan and the United States but also in Europe share a sense of crisis.
2. Regarding free trade problems, trade imbalance is not a spirit of free trade. It is necessary to have a mechanism that mutual interests can be shared between countries and countries. Huge deficits in surpluses, surpluses in certain countries are obstacles to free trade! Especially the United States, please insist on this point and dodge criticism of protectionism.

Please condemn the ratification of the "personal reporting system" in an emergency so that citizens can appeal in "personal reporting system".

今月、イタリアのシチリア島で主要国首脳会議が開かれますね。アメリカ主導で会議をすすめてください。
１．北朝鮮の核・ミサイル開発問題については、日米だけでなく欧州も危機感を共有することを決議してください。
２．自由貿易問題について、貿易不均衡は自由貿易の精神ではない。互いの国や国々が互いの利益を共有できる仕組みが必要です。特定の国の巨額の赤字、黒字は、自由貿易を阻害するものです！特にアメリカは、この点を主張して保護主義批判をかわしてください。
３．シリア問題は、シリア大統領に責任があるとして、シリア大統領の追放を主張してください。ロシアへの亡命が適当と思います。
４．移民・難民問題について、
移民については、合法的な移民については、国際法に基づき、各国が認定し、権利を与えるが、不法移民については、厳しい処分とすることを決議してください。
難民については、難民の発生を止めることが先決です。シリア難民については、シリア大統領を追放して、新しい大統領のもとで国造りを提唱してください。
５．日本については、 「市民的及び政治的権利に関する国際規約」に反した、合法的移民に対する処罰が続いています。法の下での統治、基本的人権の尊重、国際法の遵守が行われていないのです。
少なくとも、 「市民的及び政治的権利に関する国際規約」に反した処罰が行われた場合は、
国民が「個人通報制度」で提訴できるように、緊急に「個人通報制度」の批准を行うように糾弾してください。
私は、２０１０年「入管法違反幇助事件」日本政府から受けた、不法な扱いに対して、国連の人権高等弁務官事務所に、「個人通報制度」で告訴したいのですが、「個人通報制度」の批准をしていないのでできません。提出書類は下記にあります。http://www.miraico.jp/?????/
