本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
前回、No：10の続きです。
以下は、例として私（長野）の「告訴状」をもとに、
警察官および検察官の犯罪事実で、権利の侵害を記載します。
まず、警察官（特別公務員）の、刑法１９４条、特別公務員職権濫用罪について記載します。
警察官らは、２０１０年６月１４日１１時半頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用した。
私（長野）は何ら犯罪が思科されないし、犯罪行為をしていない。
しかし、内容虚偽の雇用契約書を、在留資格外活動の活動をした（不法就労）、
正犯に提供したことは、犯罪が思科されるとした。
それで、世田谷署において、
私（長野）を入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）に対する刑法の幇助罪の容疑で逮捕した。
逮捕状は、警察官が事前に東京簡易裁判所に逮捕令状を嘘偽請求していた。
警察官は持っている職権を乱用して、内容嘘偽の不法な逮捕令状で、
意思決定の自由を圧迫した。
そして、（長野）には何の義務もない、不法な逮捕・監禁を行ない、取調べを行った。
その後も、月島署に移送して、不法な逮捕監禁を行ない、取調べを行いました。
よって、警察官らの行為は、刑法１９４条特別公務員職権濫用罪に該当します。
特別公務員職権濫用罪は、犯罪構成要件として、「故意」は必要ありません。
