本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
前回、No：18の続きです。
公判担当の検察官は、取調べの検察官より引き継ぎを受け、
２０１０年７月下旬頃より、２０１１年６月２４日頃まで、持っている職権を不法に乱用した。
私（長野）は法律に照らして何ら犯罪が思科されないし、犯罪行為をしていないにもかかわらず、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を、不法就労した正犯に提供したことは、犯罪であるとした。
東京拘置所に収監中の私（長野）を、
入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）の幇助罪の被告として釈放せず、
そして２０１０年１０月末頃、公判において不法な内容虚偽の起訴状を読み上げ公判を開始し、
意思決定の自由を圧迫し、私（長野）には何の義務もない、不法な逮捕監禁をして公判を行った。
弁護人は保釈請求を毎月のように請求するが、
検察官は毎回、裁判官に保釈を認めない意見を出し、
不法な保釈請求却下の通知書を発行させ、意思決定の自由を圧迫し、
私（長野）には何の義務もない、不法な逮捕監禁を行ない公判を行った。
よって、検察官らの行為は、刑法１７２条虚偽告訴罪に該当します。
起訴状に書かれた、訴因（犯罪であるとする理由）は、
入管法の22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出に対する在留資格取消）の条文の事実が記載されています。
記載された事実が本当であるなら、
その罪は、入管法の22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出に対する在留資格取消）に対する幇助行為に当たります。
