Dear sirs. According to the Yomiuri Shimbun on 25th December, the number of foreign students to be caught in illegal work increases year by year, 1010 in 2016 was found by interview with the Ministry of Justice.
The majority of cases involve working beyond legal work hours (within 28 hours per week) recognized by foreign students.
It is difficult for immigration officials and employers to grasp the total working hours when foreign students hire multiple part-time workers, and the ministry sees the crime as "a part of the iceberg."

Japan's up-to-date national policy is the prohibition of simple workers entering the country, but due to the 300,000 international student policy, it is close to 280,000 in 2016. This is a worker named international student.
In addition, I am regularly entering simple workers under the name of trainees and apprentices.
Of course, it is disposable. This is causing human rights problems in Japan.
