Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

<Public mail> #MeToo Human rights victim! Dear Sir or Madam, UK Prime Minister Teliza May 2018-05-09: Illegal "violation of immigration law" by government officials in Japan Please rescue "humanitarian crime" victims.

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese. By the Japanese government,
Please remedy the victims of violations of human rights in your country's 'illegal workers'.

After all, the readers are confused!

There are two things I want to say. I will say it again.

1. Each of the four Chinese illegally worked outside the status of residence for violation of Immigration Control Act.
This is a crime.

However, an employer who illegally worked for a Chinese employee was not permitted to enter the court under Article 73-2
(Sin that assisted illegal work) will not be punished.

The prosecutor has "discretion", but it is unfair treatment.

Illegal employment is established as a worker and a person to hire.

So the immigration law punishes both.

If the public prosecutor does not punish the employer,
Equality of the law is not to punish even foreigners who worked.

It is arbitrary for international law to punish only foreigners.

Normally, the public prosecutor places criminal disposition of "fine penalty" on foreigners,
I will leave the country but obviously it is a violation of international law.

Please understand the first one. I will write the second which will cause confusion tomorrow.

Governments of each country should ask the Japanese government to rescue their citizens who have suffered human rights violations by the Japanese government.

Rather than newly accepting immigrants and refugees, we should give priority to the relief of our citizens.

I am e-mailing for that. There are also many victims in your country.

Prime Minister Teliza Mei, please just support the British citizen and me and the victims of the world with justice.

It is a humanitarian crime under "illegal worker's crime" by Japanese officials.
Not only Japanese law but international law violation. The material is below.
