Yesterday, I was proud to sign an Executive Order establishing the President’s National Council for the American Worker. With unemployment rates reaching record lows, America’s labor force is stronger than ever. To help build on this success, my Administration is pledging to deliver on its promise to prioritize, expand, and improve workforce training so that all Americans have the chance to move into better jobs and earn bigger paychecks. I encourage you to watch yesterday’s incredible event at the White House as I take an important step in investing in a new generation of American workers.
