Today, the First Lady and I are traveling to Alabama to visit with the families of the victims and to meet with local officials to survey the damage. My Administration will work with State and local agencies and representatives as well as first responders to ensure that those impacted by this natural disaster have the resources and support needed to fully rebuild and recover. We ask that you keep the victims and their families in your prayers, and we encourage you to look for ways to support the efforts of the community partners and non-profit organizations as they provide assistance to those in need in the great State of Alabama.
