Everyone in the international community! In Japan, everyone is "arbitrarily" made a "criminal"! It's a fact!
The United Nations says it is not guilty because it is "arbitrary" in the "Carlos Ghosn case."
The Japanese government said the opinion was "not acceptable at all" and emphasized

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
