Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

The only way to "forward" (sprout) the "development" of the Japanese economy is to have the "Suga administration" "resign" early. Then "David Atkinson" will automatically disappear!

2021-01-04: Dear Sir,
Happy new year. In Japan, the 2021 "Zodiac" is "Ushi".
"Cow" has long been called "eating cow", "dairy cow", and "land-cultivating cow",
and has been an important creature to help people in dairy farming and agriculture.
"Cow" is said to be as follows because it seems to help the difficult agriculture "steadily" to the end.
It is said that the "(cattle) year" is the "year of patience" (endurance)
and the "forward swing" (bud) of "development".
The corona infection doesn't go away, but when you hear it like this, you can see hope.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are always "bearing" the "forward swing" (sprouting) of "development"
in economic activities.
But David Atkinson, an Englishman who is the brain of the Suga Cabinet,
says: "Japan should reduce the number of SMEs to about 1.6 million by 2060,
less than half the current number."
He is proposing to Prime Minister Kan that the reorganization of small
and medium-sized enterprises = bankruptcy. He is an extreme neoliberal.
"In the UK, the percentage of SMEs is higher than in Japan, and 99.9% are SMEs."
I think Atkinson should have returned to England and developed his "own theory".
But British Prime Minister Johnson would say "no"!

Part 1 Aggressive overseas expansion of companies works negatively
It is calculated by the formula [labor productivity = domestic output
(value added or production) ÷ input (labor input or number of workers x working hours)].
The productivity of Japanese companies has "dramatically increased" overseas,
but it does not lead to an increase in domestic productivity at all.
In other words, highly productive companies are reducing domestic production
and actively promoting overseas production. Then Japan's labor productivity is lower than we realize.
The more "companies that earn overseas" like Japan, the lower the labor productivity.

In Japan, 99.7% of all companies are SMEs, while in the United States 99.7%,
in Germany 99.5%, and in the United Kingdom 99.9%, there is no big difference.
However, in service industries such as wholesale and retail trade in Japan,
the proportion of small companies is higher than in the United States, Germany,
and the United Kingdom, and there are too many establishments despite the fact that the country is small.
There is such a "difficulty".

"In the UK, the percentage of SMEs is higher than in Japan, and 99.9% are SMEs."
In Japan, large companies such as the automobile industry,
which subcontract a huge number of parts and deliver them at low prices,
naturally increase gross profit and labor productivity.
On the other hand, subcontractors deliver products cheaply,
resulting in lower gross profit and lower labor productivity.

What does "Ox Year" mean?
Let's actually look back on the past events of the "Ox Year".

I will write tomorrow, too.

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. Thank you to everyone in the international community.
However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized. See below for the indictment. (Japanese)
