日本のギャンブルは、競馬や競輪などの公営ギャンブルしか認められていませんが、唯一「パチンコ」だけは、民間経営で公然と不法な営業が行われています。違法なパチンコ営業が公然とできるのは警察官が退職後、パチンコ業界に就職しているからです。これは、昔から言われてきたことです。勿論、政治家との癒着が一番大きいと思います。この癒着が北朝鮮の核やミサイル開発に関係しているのです。

さらに、日本政府はバブル崩壊後に、北朝鮮系の金融機関の破綻が相次いだ際は、破綻処理に伴う1兆円以上の公的資金を北朝鮮系の金融機関に提供しています。破綻の主な原因は、預金の北朝鮮への送金、朝鮮総連の政治工作資金としての流用、バブル崩壊の三点が指摘されています。
アメリカはこうした日本からの資金の流れを絶つ努力はしていると思いますが、見えない
資金の動きは止められません。解決策は不法な「パチンコ営業」を禁止させることです。政治家は大反発しますが、北朝鮮への資金を絶つためには許せません。
私は、２０１０年「入管法違反幇助事件」日本政府から受けた不法な扱いに対して、国連の人権高等弁務官事務所に「個人通報制度」で告訴したいのですが、日本は「個人通報制度」の批准をしていないのでできません。「個人通報制度」の批准をするほうが先だと思います。
