This mail asks the international criminal court (ICC-CPI) not only President Trump,
but also the international community. (ICC - CPI), is this OK?

Please support us for violation of Immigration Control Act in Japan.
This case is a case where the judicial administration of Japan caused illegal human rights
infringement contrary to the Constitution of Japan, the law of Japan, and international law.
To the best of my knowledge, in violation of Immigration Control Act
due to incidents of violation of immigration law (illegal employment)
due to Chinese (extracorporate activities) in 2010,
and incident occurring in the Philippine Embassy
in 2014-2015 (activities outside the status of qualification)
There is a case (illegal employment).
Although I tried to solve the case with the legal means as much as possible in Japan,
measures to solve it with "concealment" and "clenching" were attached by judicial administration.
So, I complained to OHCHR with "personal reporting system",
Japan is a member of OHCHR, but since I have not ratified the "personal reporting system",
I can not file a lawsuit.
I would like to file a lawsuit against the International Criminal Court (ICC-CPI),
a permanent international court that judges individual international crimes.
Although the United States is not a member, Japan is not a signatory
but is a member of the Contracting Party.

日本の入管法違反事件について、ご支援ください。
この事件は、日本の司法行政が、日本国憲法、日本国法、そして国際法に反して、
不法な人権侵害をおこした事件です。
私が知っている限りでは、2010年の中国人の（資格外活動）による入管法違反事件（不法就労）、
そして2014-2015年のフィリッピン大使館で発生した（資格外活動）による入管法違反事件（不法就労）があります。
私は日本国内で可能な限りの法的手段での事件解決を図りましたが、
司法行政により「隠蔽」や「握りつぶし」で解決の手段がつきました。
それでOHCHRに、「個人通報制度」で告訴したのですが、日本は、OHCHRに加盟しているが、
「個人通報制度」を批准していないので提訴ができません。
それで個人の国際犯罪を裁く常設の国際裁判所である国際刑事裁判所（ICC-CPI）に提訴したい。
アメリカは加盟していないが、日本は署名国ではないが締約国として加盟している。
しかし、ＨＰを見て、公表しているメールアドレスへ何度、問い合わせても無視するだけです。
