本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
前回、No：17の続きです。
検察官は、平成２２年７月２４日頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用しました。
私（長野）は、日本法に照らして、何ら犯罪が思科されないし、犯罪行為をしていないにもかかわらず、
逮捕、監禁して取調べを行い、東京地方裁判所に起訴を行った。
理由は、不法就労した正犯（中国人4名）を通常の対処と異なり、
入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）で厳しく懲役刑にすることを画策した。
その為には、国際法に反しないために、
入管法の幇助者である事業者を不法就労助長罪で処罰せねばならないが、
情により処罰したくないので、私（長野）を代わりの幇助者としてでっち上げた。
それで、私を刑法の幇助罪で処罰することを画策し、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を、不法就労した正犯に提供したことは、
不法就労に対する幇助行為で犯罪だとした。
荻窪署に逮捕・監禁中の私（長野）を、
正犯がした入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）の幇助行為として、
適用法を偽り、刑法の幇助罪で、不法に東京地方裁判所に虚偽告訴（起訴）をしたものです。
よって、検察官らの行為は、刑法１７２条虚偽告訴罪に該当します。
起訴状に書かれた、訴因（犯罪であるとする理由）は、
入管法の22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出に対する在留資格取消）の条文の事実
（犯罪構成要件）が記載されています。
記載された事実が本当であるなら、その罪は、
入管法の22条の４－４（虚偽の書類提出に対する在留資格取消）に対する幇助行為に当たります。
