To President Donald Trump:

August 24, 2019, Special Zone Saturday Edition: “MAKE American dream AGAIN!”.

Dear Sir,

Jason Furman, a professor at Harvard University Kennedy School, said, “Donald Trump's defeat is strong” in the trade war with China. A major reason is that “China is strengthening its ties with countries around the world, but the United States is becoming more isolated.” "surely!"

Part 1. “THE WALL STREET JOURNAL” August 20, 2019 [Contribution] “Dr. Donald Trump's“ policy toward China ”seems to be“ failed ””. to introduce.

Mr. Trump's stubborn approach has not led to significant concessions on the Chinese side, but the impact on the US economy is growing.

Currently, China is strengthening its ties with countries around the world, but the United States is becoming more isolated.

In order to effectively counter China's unfair and nationally controlled economic practices, the United States must change its approach.

The United States should make allies and international organizations “an ally, friends, supporters” in order to fulfill the demands.

In other words, it means to “shelf” the trade war that Trump “warned” “friendly countries”.

These include uniform “tariff measures” for Mexico and “tariff measures” for imported cars from Europe.

The United States should “deepen” relationships with partners, such as by “returning” to the “Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP)” to which China does not belong.

The US should also “sue” China at the World Trade Organization (WTO) using “multilateral organizations” and “international rules”.

The past “US administration” has succeeded with a significant “high probability” in the WTO.

Rather, the Trump administration has chosen a way to weaken the WTO by "stopping" the appointment of "a dispute resolution judge".

Even though these “judges” are likely to make decisions in favor of the United States.

Another positive measure is the withdrawal of the “shopping list”.

Requiring China to purchase more Boeing aircraft is not a way to put European countries on the US side in trade disputes with China.

Such a request can also make China's disciplined economic model more robust, while having little use in the medium to long term for the US economy.

The last step would be to adopt a “coherent” procedure to counter China's security threat.

Signals should not be issued to trade security issues and the slight “increase in purchases” of US products and crops by China.

The idea that security concerns are just one of the “negotiation materials” of trade talks is what the US “suggestion”.

This also makes it more difficult to gain support from allies.

The author, Jason Furman, is a professor at Harvard Kennedy School. From 2013 to 2017 he was chairman of the Presidential Economic Advisory Committee (CEA).

I pay homage to Jason Furman's opinion.

I think that the leaders and executives of each government have the same idea.

I think that Mr. Jason Furman is the person necessary for the Trump administration.

Will continue tomorrow

Part 2. In the United States, I “suggest” to build a “special zone” along the border with Mexico.

See April 13, 2019, Special Zone Saturday Edition.

Japan's immigration policy is worse than the United States.

Japanese immigration law is similar to American immigration law.

America's prosperity is realized by the world being free, democratic, and "ruled under the law".

I seriously seek the rule of law. Please instruct the person concerned to investigate.

There are many American victims.
