2. The prosecution "applied" the "crime to support other crimes" of Article 60 and 62 of the Penal Code against "Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Control Act", but "Applied" It's a legal mistake to do."
The “Immigration Control Act Article 22-4-4” is a disposition of a person who has obtained a status of residence through a false application.
In the past, the Immigration Control Act was not subject to penalties for persons who acquired their status of residence through false applications (former Article 70, Article 74-6).
A revised Immigration Control Act was enacted at the 192nd Extraordinary Diet session for those who acquired the status of residence due to false applications, the employers who assisted them, the lawyers, administrative scriveners, school staff, and other application agents subject to penalties. It is "enforced from January 1, 2017".
