The "Hong Kong National Security Maintenance Law" was enforced to strengthen the control of Hong Kong by the Chinese government.
Article 38 of the National Security Law stipulates
that "this law will be applied even if a person who does not have a permanent residence
in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region commits the prescribed offense outside Hong Kong."
Hong Kong judicial officials say "it covers 8 billion people worldwide".
The whole world is not one of China.
Do not be silly! The whole world should stop trading and coming and going with China and Hong Kong.
