To Boris Johnson British Prime Minister

2020-08-03: Dear Sir,
Japan is a "thought of totalitarianism."
The idea is that "individual human rights" may be "stripped" for the sake of the nation.
The prosecution's idea is "authoritarianism." This idea is the same as in China.
Based on this idea, Japan once held a "Pacific War" with the United States and the world.
China is now choosing the same path as Japan.
The Abe Cabinet is trying to follow the same path in cooperation with China.
Let them stop their direction with the "power of the international community".

Part 1. I have fully explained that I am not violating Japanese law.
Today, we seek your support from the perspective of international law.

The following is an excerpt from the "file of complaints" filed
with the "International Criminal Court" (ICC).
For the purposes of this Code, a "crime against humanity" is one of the following acts,
which is an attack on civilian citizens and is recognized as such an attack as part of a broad
or organized attack. ..
(Omitted)
(e) Detention or other significant deprivation of physical freedom
in violation of basic rules of international law.
(Omitted)
Covers (e) above as part of a broader or organizational one.
The basic rules of international law are as follows.
"International Covenant on Citizenship and Political Rights" that Japan has also ratified
It is clearly contrary to the following, that there is no criminal charge,
not only the Japanese constitution and law,
It is a crime (false accusation) that violates international law.
Article 2 (1) (3), Article 4 (1), Article 5 (2), Article 9 (1) (5), Article 13,
Article 14 (6), Article 15 (1), Article 16, Article 17, Article 26,

Totalitarianism is one of the ideas
or political systems that all individuals should be subordinate to the whole.
A nation that adopts this regime is usually dominated by one individual,
partisan or class, its authority is unlimited,
and it seeks to impose restrictions as much as possible on all aspects of national life,
whether public or private. ..
In political science, it is an extreme form of authoritarian regime.
Unlike mere dictatorship and tyranny, it is not only “overall interest”
that “priority” over “individual interest,”
but also “individual private life” is “actively or compulsively” subordinate to “whole” Let
Totalitarian "antonym" is individualism [, and authoritarian "antonym" is democracy.

In postwar Japan, the "socialization of the masses" rapidly progressed.
"I know the best,"
Despite the fact that they are in the heart of something,
Danced by the word of the mass media,
People without decency were elected one after another by the public who misjudged.
At last, even politics has "socialized the masses".
Alexi de Tocqueville (1855-1859) once stated:

I will write tomorrow too.

The amendment to the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states that "I am not guilty"
for the reason. Reason: Revise from "not punishable" to "can be punished".
It is "false accusation". Thank you to everyone in the international community.
However, the Japanese government has not yet made an apology. See the indictment below. (Japanese)
