The Japanese should think "embarrassing!"!
Japan, which attaches great importance to the United Nations, cannot ignore it.
All Japanese Diet members who ignore my point should resign!

This opinion of the United Nations Human Rights Council was posted on 20 November and published
in the media on 23 November. Mr Ghosn's arrest and detention "was illogical and unreasonable,"
a "UN expert" reported. And the United Nations demanded payment of compensation.
The Japanese government says it is not "legally binding."
However, it is a report by the Working Group for the United Nations Human Rights Council.
The future response of the Japanese government, the prosecution, the police,
and the judiciary will be watched.
This "arbitrary" arrest and detention is exactly the same as our "immigration law violation case".
The international community needs not only to reject the extradition treaty for the Japanese government,
but also to have the UN sanctions on the economy!
Part 1 The Working Group will conduct a complete
and independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding Carlos Ghosn's arbitrary detention
and take appropriate action against those responsible for infringing his rights.
I want you to do it surely.
The Japanese government said the opinion was "not acceptable at all" and emphasized
that it was "not legally binding."
"The process by which Carlos Ghosn was arrested and detained four times
in Japan was fundamentally unjustified," a UN working group said.
Working group experts are calling on Mr Ghosn to compensate.
What does "arbitrarily" mean?
It is said that the "deprivation of freedom" against Mr. Ghosn in Japan was "arbitrary."
The word "arbitrarily" appears many times in the report, but what does it mean?
Moreover, this working group is named "Working Group on Arbitrary Detention",
and you can see how "arbitrary" is an important word.
In other words, Japanese judiciary has no logical necessity,
and it means that Mr. Ghosn was arrested and detained at his own discretion.
By the way, an arrest warrant is a procedure in which a public prosecutor
(and a public prosecutor's office) or a police officer of a certain class (inspector)
or higher makes a request to the court and the judge issues an arrest warrant.
It is said that the reason for taking such steps is to activate the check function at each stage.
The United Nations Working Group said,
"From November 19, 2018 to March 5, 2019,
and from April 4, 2019 to April 25, 2019,
Carlos Gone's deprivation of liberty is Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. ,
Articles 10 and 11, and Articles 9, 10 and 14 of the International Covenant

Ghosn's attorneys François Jimerley and Jessica Finnell said the opinion was "a courageous decision
that would be a decisive turning point" and "we have been denounced since the moment Carlos Ghosn was arrested. "

denial of fair judicial rights, and disgraceful and poor treatment."

"Governments of each country" and support groups should "support" our "immigration law violation cases"
by "requesting examination" to the "working group on arbitrary detention" of the "UN Human Rights Council".

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. Thank you to everyone in the international community.
