Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson The US federal court has "postponed" the "delivery to Japan" of the "American parent and child" who helped Ghosn escape, but the "American parent and child" should be released. Biden should release Michael Taylor

To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson
The UN Human Rights Council acquitted Carlos Ghosn. And the working group is asking Japan to make compensation for him.
"We" are also completely "not guilty" in "immigration law violation cases".
Please support our "files" against "ICC" and "OHCHR".
Please "pursue" Japan's "arbitrary" "human rights violations" at the United Nations and the G7.
If this is not done, the "death penalty system" will not disappear from Japan.
The G7 nations should teach the Japanese that "human rights" are important.
The Japanese government says it is "ineffective" in response to the UN report.
Economic sanctions on Japan are needed.

2020-12-23: Dear Sir,
The UN Human Rights Council reported that Mr Ghosn's arrest and detention "was illogical and unreasonable,"
and demanded payment of compensation. In other words, Carlos Ghosn is not guilty.
The US federal court has "postponed" the "delivery to Japan" of the "American parent
and child" who helped Ghosn escape,
but the "American parent and child" should be released. Biden should release Michael Taylor (60)
and his son Peter (27) shortly after taking office.
Japan has signed an extradition treaty with only the United States and South Korea.
Even China, which has a "death penalty system," has signed agreements with more than 50 countries.
Countries around the world have refused to "conclude a treaty" with Japan,
saying that Japan's "judicial system" is abnormal.
The United States should abolish the "extradition treaty" with the Japanese government.
And please pressure Japan to become a country governed by law.

Part 1 The Working Group told the Government of Japan, "To conduct a complete
and independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding Carlos Ghosn's arbitrary detention
and take appropriate action against those responsible for infringing his rights. I want you to do it surely.

The other hand, the information regarding take any such measures,
including compensation, are asked to provide within six months.
No matter how non-binding it is, it is a report by the Working Group
for the United Nations Human Rights Council.
I think the Japanese government cannot ignore it.
The future response of the Japanese government, the prosecution, the police,
and the judiciary will be watched.

Regarding "two American parents and children" detained
in the United States for "helping" his escape while on bail for former Nissan Motor Chairman Carlos Ghosn.
On October 29, a federal court in eastern Massachusetts granted the proceedings
of the two lawyers and decided to postpone the "delivery to Japan" of the two.
According to documents submitted by the defense to the court,
the State Department notified the defense of the decision to approve the transfer
on the 28th. The time of transfer was not indicated.
With its own information that it plans to be transferred soon,
it took steps to delay the transfer to federal court. )

Parents and children are Michael Taylor (60),
a former member of the US military special forces "Green Beret", and his son Peter (27).
Together with another man, the two planned the escape of former chairman Ghosn,
who was "on bail" under the condition of prohibiting overseas travel,
after being charged with violating the Companies Act.
On December 29, 2019, it is suspected that the former chairman was hidden
in a box for audio equipment and escaped from Kansai Airport to Lebanon via Turkey.

I will write tomorrow, too.

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. Thank you to everyone in the international community.
However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized. See below for the indictment. (Japanese)
