Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

To President Biden!World leaders, including President Biden, should democratize the "Japanese judicial administration." The United States has created the Constitution of Japan. However, it did not democratize the "Japanese judicial administration."

To President Biden!

Submitted additional material to the United Nations Human Rights Council (ohchr).
I read an article that translated the coverage of Agence France-Presse.
The arrest and imprisonment of "Carlos Ghosn" violates Articles 9, 10
and 11 of the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" and Articles 9, 10
and 14 of the "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights".
It was taken up by the UN Working Group because it violated it.
"I" also submitted "additional materials" from "this point of view".
Japan has not ratified the "reporting system".
However, Mr. Ghosn's lawyers,
Francois Jimerley and Jessica Finnell's "complaints" to the Japanese government were deliberated
in the "working group."
If so, my "complaints" should also be dealt with by the "Working Group on Arbitrary Detention".
Please help us to do so!
Please help the US Government treat this issue "fairly" in the United Nations Human Rights Council.
I can't "attach a file" because there are a lot of materials.
As for the materials, "Documents for submitting complaints" has been uploaded below, so please download it.

"Coup" army seizes power in Myanmar ...
China is behind the coup d'etat!
China protects the military government by saying "Don't interfere with domestic affairs"!

2021-02-02: Dear Sir,
World leaders, including President Biden, should democratize the "Japanese judicial administration."
The United States has created the Constitution of Japan. However,
it did not democratize the "Japanese judicial administration."
At this rate, Japan will also become a "national socialist" country that wages war.
Western countries should "condemn" the Japanese government to democratize the "judicial system."
Japan's "judicial administration" is "worse" than China's "human rights abuses against Uighurs."
The Japanese government denounces the North Korean government's "Japanese abduction issue"
at the United Nations, but in terms of the number of victims,
the Japanese government's illegal abduction confinement is "incomparable" to "Japanese abduction victims".
It's "many".

I wrote yesterday that there are "countless" foreign victims
of "immigration law violations" around the world.
Most foreigners are "guilty of illegally working"
under Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act "Activities other than status of residence".
Foreigners will be punished under Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act.
As with "prostitution," "illegal labor" cannot be "established" by foreigners alone.
"Illegal labor" is established because there are employers who illegally employ "foreigners
who are not qualified to work".
Therefore, the Immigration Control Act has a legal system
in Article 73-2 that punishes employers for "crimes that promoted illegal employment."
However, in most cases, only foreigners are punished and employers are not punished.
This is a violation of international law, which prohibits the arbitrary punishment of foreigners only.

Part 1 The reason is not guilty
if the employer says he did not know the Immigration Control Act Article 73-2.
Everyone in the international community will find it strange.
If you didn't know the law, if you were forgiven, even if you murdered,
you didn't know the law! Speaking of innocence?
It can't be forgiven!
It also violates Article 14 "Equality before the law" of the Japanese Constitution.
That is why the revised Immigration Control Act came into effect on July 1, 2010, the month
after we were arrested.
As for the content, we do not admit the offense of Article 73-2 with the "reason"
that "I do not know Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act"! ..
In June 2010,
when I was arrested, the police "detention centers" were all "arrested foreigners" and "full."
The underground "detention center" of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office
and the Tokyo District Court was "super, full" with more than hundreds of "arrestees."
The amendment to the Immigration Control Act,
which came into effect on July 1, 2010, included a three-year "grace period."
But this grace period was a lie.
In 2014, a Philippine employee hired by a staff member of the Philippine Embassy
in Japan was arrested for "unqualified work" at a "landscaping shop".
However, the employer, the "landscaper manager," is not arrested.
This is the reality of Japan's "judicial administration."
This case would not have occurred if the international community had "understood"
and acted on "my appeal."
Nowadays, the Japanese media hides cases of immigration law violations and does not report them.
Behind the scenes, I think many foreigners are being punished arbitrarily.
Please "request" the Government of Japan to "accept" the report
of the United Nations Human Rights Council (Working Group).
Please make a "request" to the United Nations Human Rights Council
(working group) to "investigate" our "immigration law violation cases".
Please also "support" us to "sue" the judiciary (individual) involved in the case to the "ICC".

Philippine embassy, newspaper article on immigration law violation case

Immigration method (with translation)

I will write tomorrow, too.

The amendment of the Immigration Control Act
in January 2017 states that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. Thank you to everyone in the international community.
However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized. See below for the indictment. (Japanese)

Part 2 Please see the following for "false charges" of "crime of support
for violation of immigration law" in 2010

Best regards.
