and regarded Japan's "foreign technical intern training system" as a problem.
Human trafficking in Japan is not limited to the "foreign technical intern training system"!
That is the "international student system".
The purpose of accepting "international students" is to accept them as a "labor force".
International students are allowed to work 20 hours a week,
but working 100 hours or more is common sense.
Japan is a "society with a declining birthrate and an aging population."
The working population is declining every year.
The world economy is "globalization" and competition for low-priced products.
The big cost of products and services is "labor costs".

That is why we hire "simple workers = temporary workers".
I think this is a common trend in developed countries!

This is the "official mind". The real intention is "temporary workers".
"International students" are allowed to work 20 hours a week.
But they work 100 to 200 hours or more a month. Naturally,
they are illegal under immigration law. So they have "weaknesses".
If caught, they are "deported" as "criminals."
That's why employers treat "international students" like "slaves."
In Japan, the number of students is decreasing due to the declining birthrate
and aging population.
Many Japanese universities have difficulty in "school management"
because students do not gather.
International students are an important source of income in university management.
This is also true in the United States.
A certain level of Japanese proficiency is required to enter the university.
So there are many Japanese language schools.
Chinese go to Japan. They enroll in a Japanese language school,
go to a Japanese language school while working, and then go to a Japanese university.
They graduate from college while working.
And they work for a Japanese company.
To go to Japan, they borrow 2 to 5 million yen from a Chinese broker.
That is why they have to work when they come to Japan.
The problems of "international students" and "foreign technical intern trainees" are exactly the same.
Technical intern training and study abroad are loopholes in accepting workers.
It has been a loophole since Japan launched the "300,000 International Students Plan".
I have been "complaining" about this issue for over a decade.
The United States and developed countries should be interested in Japan's "human rights issues"!
