We will build a facility similar to Hong Kong's "International Financial Center" in the "Special Zone".
The "International Financial Center" will be established to raise funds
for "scrap and build" in the Japanese manufacturing industry
and to raise funds for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Why Osaka? "Business in Tokyo" is a "dirty business" related to politics.
In order to revive the Japanese manufacturing industry, the old "commercial city,
