In order to "revive" Japan as an "industrial nation,"

Today, we are proposing to revive Japan's Okinawa as a "special zone" to replace China
by accepting immigrants and refugees, just like the "special zone" on the Mexican border.
Okinawa is the westernmost part of Japan
and is composed of many islands such as the main island of Okinawa,

Looking at the industry ratio in Okinawa Prefecture,
the tertiary industry including tourism accounts for 79.2%,
while the primary industry is 5.4% and the secondary industry is 15.4%, which is sluggish.

So I propose to "Okinawa Prefecture" to "construct" a "special zone"
in the same way as the "special zone" proposal on the US-Mexico border.

for companies returning their factories from China to Japan.
Of course, "relocation" from "mainland Japan" or "foreign countries" is also possible.
Okinawa Prefecture is your chance to "transform"
from the "poorest" "prefecture" to the "richest" "prefecture"!
The "special zone" factory is "state-of-the-art" "factory equipment" just like the Mexican border!
Basically, "immigrants and refugees" are accepted as "provisional immigrants"
and "residential areas" are limited to "specific areas of Okinawa".
Regular factory workers hire Okinawans with priority.
Never allow the intervention of politicians or brokers in accepting "immigrants
and refugees"! Okinawa Prefecture should "support" the host company through interpreting
and Japanese language education.
The United States and Japan,
and Germany and France! Each country should do the same as the "US-Mexico border"!
With "overwhelming technology" and "power of immigrants and refugees",
we should regain the world's factories from China! There is no attraction to investing in China.
In Japan, the "Osaka International Financial Center (tentative name)"
should raise funds from all over the world.
