It is a "terrible story" to impose economic sanctions on Iran
on the grounds of "nuclear development."
About 5% of the refugees who have a "resident permit" are protected in camps,
and they live in 30 camps in the country.
The camp is fully equipped with shelters, clinics,
schools and other facilities, as well as electricity and water.
With the support of the Iranian government, [UNHCR] and “WFP”, basic needs are met,
and refugees work inside and outside the camp and earn their own income.
Refugees can also receive these services,
as the Iranian government guarantees the same educational
and medical opportunities as Iranians for refugees who have a residence permit.
However, the remaining 95% of refugees live scattered in the capital Tehran,
local cities or residential areas called refugee settlements,
and it is difficult to grasp the actual living conditions.
Little support is provided to these refugees,
including direct support from international organizations and governments.
For this reason, there are no clinics or schools in Afghan refugee settlements,
and the hygiene in the settlements is poor.
Refugees seem to support their lives by doing day labor,
but the actual situation is not clear.
"Western countries" should build "special zones for refugees"
in Iran to accommodate "95% refugees" ("temporary immigrants" with residence peThermits).
And we should provide a "healthy and cultural life" similar to "5% refugees".
The "operator" of this "special zone for refugees in Iran" is "Western countries".
This issue should be concluded during the "new nuclear agreement with Iran."
"Western countries" should be responsible for their history.
It is more important than Iran's nuclear program.
