つまり「人道上の犯罪」が常態化しています。
「人道上の犯罪」とは、
「(e)国際法の基本的な規則に違反する拘禁その他の身体的な自由の著しいはく奪」を言います。
「国際法の基本的な規則」とは、
『市民権と政治的権利に関する国際規約』に違反しています。
こうした処分は、日常茶飯事に起きておりますので、『人道に対する犯罪』をやめさせ
