本日のＥメール内容は、以下はとおりです。
拝啓、私は日本人です。偉大な大統領を尊敬しています。
前回、No：16の続きです。
警察官らは、平成２２年７月４日前頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用して逮捕・監禁した。
そして、不法に東京地方検察庁に内容嘘偽の罪名で虚偽告訴（追加送検）したものです。
よって、警察官らの『人道に対する犯罪』行為は、刑法１７２条虚偽告訴罪に該当します。
『人道に対する犯罪』とは、文民たる住民に対する攻撃であって広範又は組織的なものの一部として、
そのような攻撃であると認識しつつ行う次のいずれかの行為をいう。
(a)殺人、・・・(j)アパルトヘイト犯罪、その他の同様の性質を有する非人道的な行為であって、
身体又は心身の健康に対して故意に重い苦痛を与え、又は重大な傷害を加えるもの。
この行為は国際法にも反します。
具体的には、
上記の「(e)国際法の基本的な規則に違反する拘禁その他の身体的な自由の著しいはく奪。」に該当します。
国際法の基本的な規則とは、具体的に下記を対象とします。
日本国も批准している『市民権と政治的権利に関する国際規約』
第2条（1）（3）、第4条（1）、第5条（2）、第9条(1) (5)、第13条、第14条（６）、
第15条（1）、第16条、第17条、第26条、に明確に反しており、
なんら罪に問われることはなく、日本国憲法や法律だけでなく、
国際法に反する犯罪（冤罪）です。
