Dear sirs. According to the Asahi newspaper,
the defendant drank liquid and died soon during the announcement of the appeal trial
by the United Nations International Former Yugoslavia International Criminal Court (ICTY) held
in The Hague, the Netherlands.
The final judgment of ICTY,
which is regarded as suicide of poisoning and ends 24 years of activities within the year,
has become a shocking start.
ICTY was established in 1993 as a war criminal tribunal since the Tokyo trial.
161 people were indicted, 37 people did not enter the trial due to non-prosecution etc,
19 people became innocent.
As I was Japanese, I was interested in the war criminal court since the Tokyo Trial (ICTY)
The ending is very disappointing.
If fair trial under international law without capital punishment,
I wanted to accept the sentence of 20 years imprisonment without labor.
The world must be ruled under international law.
Please help the ICC begin the hearing to the ICC to govern
in Japan under international law and Japanese law.
