If the emission of "CO2" is "zero", "power generation with hydrogen" and "fuel for automobiles" should be replaced with "hydrogen fuel" instead of gasoline.
November 14, 2020: Saturday edition. Dear Sir
"Mr. Biden" plans to reduce "CO2" emissions to "zero" through "wind power generation" and "solar power generation."
However, even in the United States, will electricity charges be two or three times higher than the current amount for power generation using renewable energy? This does not allow US industry to compete with "Chinese products" whose "coal power generation" is "mainstay".
I will produce "shale gas" by "fracturing" in order to "zero CO2 emissions" by 2030. Then, "hydrogen" is produced from "shale gas" using existing technology.
Then, "hydrogen power generation" and "fuel for automobiles" should be replaced with "hydrogen fuel" instead of gasoline.
American workers can continue to work until the next "innovation," and industry can use cheaper electricity.
The ultimate goal is for the United States to develop technology to produce "hydrogen" cheaply from "water" for its allies and pro-US.
Part 1 Currently, the main force of "energy" for "power generation" tends to be converted to "renewable energy"!
Power generation and power sources using fossil fuels and nuclear power are being pointed to "NO".
The desired energy I think is "hydrogen".
The current electricity charge is about 10 to 15 yen / kWh in the United States.
Japan is about 25 yen / kWh.
But Japan is cheaper than Denmark and Germany.
As of 2014, the cost of power generation in Japan by method is about 30 yen per 1kWh for solar power generation. Oil-fired power generation costs about 30 yen. Thermal power generation of natural gas is about 13.7 yen. Thermal power generation using coal costs about 12.3 yen. And the cost of nuclear power generation is about 10.1 yen.
This is the case in Japan. How much does it cost by power generation method?

Where is the country with the highest electricity bill?
Check out the country rankings! 2020.02.12.
The countries surveyed include Japan and South Korea in Asia, the United States and Canada in the North American area, and Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom in Europe. The survey results were announced in January 2018, and the country with the highest electricity bill was Denmark, which was 35-40 yen / kWh as of 2016.
Next, Germany, Italy, and Spain have the highest electricity bills in that order.
From this survey result, we can read the tendency that many European countries have high electricity bills.
On the other hand, where is the country where the electricity bill is cheap?
In the North American area, in 2016, Canada costs about 10 yen / kWh and the United States costs about 10 to 15 yen / kWh, and electricity costs tend to be cheaper than in Europe.
Looking at Asia, South Korea's electricity bill is about 10 to 15 yen / kWh, which is the same level as the United States, which is cheaper than Japan's about 25 yen / kWh.
We also found that France and the United Kingdom are in European countries where electricity costs tend to be high, but the results are cheaper than in Japan.

Part 2 Construction of special zones.
Part 3 Please support the victims of human rights violations by the Government of Japan.
A person who "issues a false employment contract" to a foreigner who has performed "out-of-qualification activities" under the Immigration Control Act is "not guilty".
The Japanese Diet has revised the 2017 Immigration Control Act as pointed out by the international community.
Since the above acts could not be punished in the past, we have made it possible to punish by "Revision of Immigration Control Act".
Therefore, those who have been punished in the past are "innocent."
However, the Government of Japan has not restored the honor and compensation of the victims.
Japan's "ruling and opposition parties" continue to hide and ignore this fact.
In addition, many foreigners who have been punished for "activities outside the status of qualification" under Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act are "innocent."
The reason is that "those who hired them illegally" are not punished under Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act.
Therefore, foreigners violate Article 14 of the Constitution of Japan, "equality under the law" and international law prohibiting arbitrary "punishment".
There are many victims in the world.
Please support them, everyone.
The prosperity of the world is "realized" by freedom, democracy and "ruled under the law."
