If the Biden administration returns to the "Human Rights Commission" to "defend" the human rights violations

that the United States will run for the members of the UN Human Rights Council this year.
There are 47 members of the UN Human Rights Council.
The term of office is three years, and a vote will be held at the general meeting in October this year.
Current members include the United Kingdom, China and Russia.
The former Trump administration withdrew from the board in 2018,
but the Biden administration announced this month that it will return to the board as an observer.
