To President Biden

November 14, 2021: Sunday edition. Dear Sir,
Last week, I proposed the development of a Japanese-style "small reactor
(high temperature gas reactor)" for the development of a small reactor in North Korea.
The reason is that "HTTR" can produce "hydrogen" at the same time as power generation.
However, a large amount of "CO2" is also generated when a large amount of hydrogen is produced.
This CO2 disposal will be discussed in next week's "Special Zones of Russia".
Currently, most plans are to store CO2 underground.
If there is a problem with the disposal of CO2,
we will not add a "hydrogen production facility".
In that case, hydrogen produces "hydrogen" by electrolysis from the generated electricity.

French President Emmanuel Macron is young, so he is "quick-thinking".
Great "decision".
France initially planned to generate "hydrogen" by electrolysis by generating electricity
from natural energy such as "wind power and solar power".
I commented that it was not realistic, at least in Japan.
This time, President Macron said
that he would introduce multiple small reactors "Small Module Reactors (SMR)"
and aim for mass production of hydrogen by utilizing the electric power.
"Small Module Reactor (SMR)" is safer because it does not get hotter
than "Small Reactor (High Temperature Gas Reactor)".
However, since it does not reach a high temperature,
"hydrogen" cannot be produced using waste heat.

I think that "small nuclear reactors" will become the mainstream
for the production of next-generation "power generation" and "hydrogen."
I think that countries producing "natural gas"
and "coal" should adopt "small nuclear reactors
(high temperature gas reactors)" to protect the work of "natural gas" and "coal" workers.

However,
it is impossible in the "market economy" to adopt a "small nuclear reactor
(high temperature gas reactor)" just to protect the work of "natural gas"
and "coal" workers. Therefore,
it is necessary to increase the utility value of "CO2" emitted
from hydrogen production equipment that uses "natural gas"
and "coal" as raw materials.
It is the development of technology to manufacture "products such
as carbon fiber" using CO2 as a raw material.

Russia and others should adopt "small nuclear reactors (high temperature gas reactors)".
And it produces power generation and hydrogen at the same time.
Then, "CO2" emitted
from the hydrogen production equipment is used
as a raw material to manufacture "high value-added products" such as "carbon fiber".
So I want Russia to solve that problem.
The economy of natural gas producing countries is now safe.

Russia should take control of the world with its technological capabilities.
The Biden administration should urgently build a "special zone
on the Mexican border" to protect the US economy from China!
The near future should be "a wonderful world."

Part 1 France turns to hydrogen refining in a small nuclear reactor
The movement of hydrogen in Europe is accelerating.
French President Macron plans to invest a total of 30 billion euros (about 3.9 trillion yen)
on October 12 to promote technological development of electric vehicles (EV),
hydrogen fuel, efficient nuclear power plants, etc.
announced. In particular,
it has declared that it will work on "disruptive innovation"
in the field of nuclear power generation,
and will invest 1 billion euros
(about 130 billion yen) to introduce multiple small reactors "small module reactors (SMR)". ,
Aiming for mass production of hydrogen by utilizing the electric power.

I will write tomorrow as well.

Part 2 Please support the victims of human rights violations by the Government of Japan.
A person who "provides" a "false employment contract document" to a foreigner
who has performed "out-of-qualification activities"
under the Immigration Control Act is "not guilty".
It is proved by the Japanese Diet.
Since the above acts could not be punished in the past,
we have made it possible to punish them by "Revision of the Immigration Control and Refuge".
The 2017 Immigration Control Act has been revised.
Therefore, those who have been punished in the past are "innocent."
However, the Japanese government has not restored the honor and compensation of the victims.
Japan's "ruling and opposition parties" continue to hide and ignore this fact.
The prosperity of the free world is "realized"
by freedom and democracy and "respect for human rights" being "controlled under the law".
I am seriously seeking "government under the law" of Japan.
There are many victims in the world due to "illegal punishment" of "violation of immigration law".
For more information, see Saturday and "Send on weekdays" emails.
There are also many American victims.
There are also many Chinese victims. There are also many Filipino victims. Twice

Part 3 Construction of a special zone.
"Special zone of Algeria" by "EU", "Special zone of Mexico border" by the United States,
"Special zone of Australia" by the new TPP (IPP),
"Special zone of Okinawa" of Japan ....
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and poor people as "provisional migrants."
They "separate" from "workers in developed countries".
Developed countries can “manufacture” “cheap”
than Chinese products by “employing” “provisional immigrants”.
Making products that can beat Chinese products will weaken the Chinese army ...
