Japan, China, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, and 15 countries from 10 ASEAN countries,
was signed on November 15, 2020. India did not participate in the (RCEP).
India had an "Indian strategy". Originally,
India has its own strategy represented by the slogan "Make in India".
India envisions establishing an India-centric "global supply chain" that will eventually replace China.
Over the last few years, it has "engaged" Japan, the United States, Australia and Taiwan.
India has promoted the "establishment" of the "industrial structure" of "de-China".
China has ridiculed that "India, which has left the RCEP,
has lost the opportunity to integrate into the process of globalization."
China has adopted a reform and open policy of introducing foreign capital
and technology under active globalization,
but many Chinese researchers and critics have criticized that "India cannot do that."

Japan, India and Australia are looking to build a stronger supply chain to counter China's dominance,

I envision the United Kingdom, India,
Australia, Canada and the United States as key members of the IPP. Japan has the same idea as China.
Japan should not participate until "government under the law" takes place.
We should build a supply chain in a nation with the same values that excludes "old Confucian ideas."
I think that India and the United Kingdom can appeal their existence by "excluding Japan".
Low-tech products can be developed anywhere.
I think the role of the member countries of the "special zone" is to develop products
and "advanced materials, parts and materials".
State-of-the-art products always incorporate "IT".
I think India and the UK can take the lead in developing products that incorporate "IT".
The role of developed countries is product development.
Products should be manufactured in "special zones",
with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and at low cost by "simple workers". This is the global economy.
