But he won't reveal any details. If he's a spy, he's putting this person in danger, and even if he's not a spy, there's no way to "prove" it.
So I don't know if the consul at the Japanese Consulate General in the Far East Vladivostok acted as a spy. However, I think that the Japanese government will continue to provoke Russia to invade Japan by "every means".
