Putin has ordered a 36-hour ceasefire to Defense Minister Shoigu. He also "called" Ukraine for a "ceasefire". The response from the Ukrainian government was: "Keep the hypocrisy (inside yourself)!" President Putin should forcibly "end the war" with "EMP".
Putin still hesitates to use "EMP". In WW2, the United States dropped a nuclear bomb on Japan for the first time. Japan made an "unconditional surrender". Russia should also use "EMP" for the first time in Ukraine. Ukraine will make an "unconditional surrender".
Putin should fight not to kill “Russian and Ukrainian soldiers” until he has explained to neighboring countries about the use of “EMP” against Ukraine. The West will say Russia made a "funny bomb" out of "running out" of "ammunition".
