A NATO-Russia war has broken out in Ukraine. I can't see the end. The end of the war would be when Russia launched an “EMP attack” in Ukraine. Auto companies are not a "case" for developing electric or hydrogen vehicles.
It doesn't destroy people or buildings, and doesn't change the way it looks. The electromagnetic pulse, which would have been useless as a weapon in an era with-out electronic devices, is attracting attention as a "poor man's weapon." An "EMP attack" may be a peaceful use of nuclear weapons.
If there is an "EMP attack", the current car will not work. There is no choice but to revive the "old car" that does not use electronic parts. The development of electric vehicles and hydrogen vehicles is pointless. But we can't go back to the "Stone Age".
Today, more and more cars use sensitive electronics, but none of the vehicles tested by the EMP Commission suffered any permanent damage. But in another American experiment, the car broke down.
