The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an "arrest warrant" for Mr Putin, accusing him of "suspected involvement in war crimes" in Ukraine. I think that "ar-rest warrants should be issued" for "Mr. Zelensky and Mr. Biden" as well.
South Africa is a member of the ICC and is expected to cooperate in arresting Mr Putin should he leave Russia. Unfair! This is Putin Hate!
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said yesterday. He said that trying to arrest Mr Putin in South Africa would be the same as declaring war on Russia.
Russian spokesman Peskov said he never told South Africa that arresting the coun-try's president would constitute an act of war.
On the one hand, he said, he "is clear to everyone what (that kind of) violation of the Russian head of state means."
At the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) summit, which will be held over a two-day schedule, it was "settled" that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would "attend" as a "representative of Russia".
Putin was not the only "committed war crime" in the Ukraine war. “Zelensky and the “heads of the G7 countries” are also involved. The root is "genocide" against "Rus-sian Ukrainians".
