Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

This method of disclosure has been practiced by many companies, not just Nissan, since before 2010, when a Cabinet Office ordinance required individual compensation disclosure for executives with compensation of 100 million yen or more.

To President Biden

September 30, 2023: Saturday edition. Dear Sirs,
A lawsuit filed by former Nissan Motor Chairman Carlos Ghosn against Nissan and company officials began on September 18th in a Lebanese court, seeking more than $1 billion in damages. Good luck, Mr. Ghosn of France!

It was secretly reported. Three people, including the pilot of the private jet that escaped Ghosn, are acquitted (Turkish court). Turkey is a country that does not rely on Japanese ATMs!

Ghosn was arrested in Japan in 2018 and charged with violating the Companies Act (special breach of trust), but fled to Lebanon in December 2019 while out on bail.

Previously, Nissan filed a lawsuit against Ghosn demanding approximately 10 billion yen in damages for damage to its credibility. It's crazy.

Ghosn filed a claim against three companies, including Nissan, and 12 people involved, alleging ``defamation'' and ``fabrication of evidence.''

The demand seeks $500 million in "compensation for psychological damage" and $588 million in "compensation for remuneration, etc." Fight against Japan using international standards!

Three people have been acquitted of charges of "facilitating the escape" of former Nissan Motor Co. Chairman Carlos Ghosn, who fled to Lebanon via Turkey in 2019.

Three people, including the pilot of a private jet operator, who were convicted in a Turkish court were later ``not guilty''.

In February 2021, a Turkish court sentenced the three men to four years and two months in prison. The three people appealed the verdict, and the case was remanded for trial.

Those who saved the innocent Ghosn are heroes. He should sue Japanese judicial officials for "human rights violations."

A working group of the United Nations Human Rights Council has published a written opinion regarding the detention of former president Carlos Ghosn in criminal proceedings in Japan, calling it ``arbitrary detention.''

The working group urges the Japanese government to provide prompt redress and conduct an independent investigation, but its opinion is not legally binding. The Japanese government ignored it.

On March 3, 2022, the Tokyo District Court acquitted Greg Kelly, Nissan's former representative director, on the grounds that there was no evidence that he was aware of the charges.

On the other hand, he acknowledged his involvement for the remaining one year and sentenced him to six months in prison, suspended for three years. This "judgment" is abnormal. Many in the international community say he is innocent.

Wataru Tanaka, a professor at the University of Tokyo, testified that he was not guilty. This happened in courtroom 104 of the Tokyo District Court.

What Professor Tanaka of the University of Tokyo ``focused'' on was the language written by Nissan in its ``securities report.'' The phrase is ``The remuneration paid is''.

This method of disclosure has been practiced by many companies, not just Nissan, since before 2010, when a Cabinet Office ordinance required individual compensation disclosure for executives with compensation of 100 million yen or more.

Even after the Cabinet Office Ordinance went into effect, many listed companies in Japan continued to disclose information in the same format. Why only Nissan? This is also “arbitrary”!

Congressman Roger Wicker of Mississippi and Congressmen Lamar Alexander and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee protested against the Japanese government.

"The world's most important bilateral relationship is at risk if there is any doubt that American and other foreign executives will be treated fairly in Japan," they argued.

Three members pointed out "commentary." "Mr. Kelly's plight is a lesson for Americans considering working in Japan."

Kelly's lawyer appealed his sentence to the Tokyo High Court on the 4th. Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn and others should support the acquittal of American defendant Greg Kelly.

Japan has concluded extradition treaties with only two countries: the United States and South Korea. What do Americans think about this fact? Even North Korea has concluded agreements with more than 50 countries!

Japan is a dangerous country. Rather than governing under the law, they arbitrarily punish people based on general logic. Japan is a ``scary country'' more than North Korea.

I'll write tomorrow too.

"Part 2 (Japan's Abnormal Human Rights Violations)" was revised on March 4, 2023.

Part 2. Victims of human rights violations in Japan. "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc."
There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. An unusual number of people.
*****************************************
There are "innumerable" Chinese and Korean victims.
This was "before the war of WW2" because the Chinese and Koreans were "second-class citizens" of Japan, so the judiciary makes them "idiots".
*****************************************
Everyone, please tell your acquaintances who went to Japan and were arrested for violating the Immigration Law.
It is necessary to demand "governments of each country" to "claim" the Japanese government for "restoration of honor and compensation for damages".
If the government doesn't respond, ask the media for help. "Justice media" will always exist.
You should be a "hero", go for it! !

<Target people>
"1" Provide "false documents" to a foreigner, and the foreigner acquires a "status of residence". And if the foreigner has "illegally worked".
A person who provides "false documents" such as an "employment contract" to a foreigner is innocent.
However, from January 2017, it will be punished by "law revision".
The Chinese and the Philippine embassy staff and diplomats I am 'criminally indicting' are completely innocent. See part 2 for weekdays (Monday to Friday) for details.

``2'' Foreign nationals who have been arrested for ``illegal employment (activities outside of their qualifications'') are ``in most cases'' innocent.***
Reason: The person who "employed" them has not been punished for "promoting illegal employment" under the Immigration Control Act. Therefore, by virtue of "equality under the law," foreigners are innocent.
"Most foreigners" are "deported" with "small" "fines". Foreigners should "claim" the Japanese government for "compensation" of "several million yen" per person.

It is crazy for Koreans to "claim compensation" from the Japanese government for the "comfort women issue" and "requisitioned labor issue." They should claim reparations from the "Korean government". (The Korean government has already received it).

The issue of "violation of the Immigration Control Act" is completely different from the "Japan-Korea Treaty". Therefore, Korean politicians need to "pursue" the Japanese government as a "new Japan-Korea problem". Koreans and Chinese should proudly claim that they are not "Japanese slaves."

Japan's prime minister shouts "rule under the law". They are "talking about Japan" crazy!

Only two countries, South Korea and the United States, have concluded an extradition treaty with Japan.
This is also evidence that Japan does not have a "rule under the law".

Part 3. Construction of special zones.
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and immigrants as "temporary immigrant" workers, limiting their residence to the "special zone". Developed countries can use them as low-wage workers for economic growth, and refugees and immigrants can get jobs and live a hopeful human life.
