Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

China is not self-sufficient in fuel for nuclear power plants. Therefore, China's strategy is to use its vast land to generate electricity through solar power generation. China plans to procure 100% of its energy domestically.

To President Biden

November 25, 2023: Saturday edition. Dear Sirs,
China has condemned the discharge of treated water from Japan's nuclear power plant accident. Japan says the IAEA "considers it to be based on a sufficiently comprehensive analysis and scientific and technical basis." However, the IAEA also says that it has the same idea as China.

The IAEA believes that the practice of disposing of treated water is a unique and complex case that spans decades and is supported by continued vigilance and safety reassessment, regulatory oversight, and strong communication. We also believe that ``appropriate engagement'' with all stakeholders is ``necessary.'' (Page 6 of the same report)

Therefore, China's claim is correct. Japan uses its specialty of ``arbitrary'' manipulation, relies only on one side of the logic of the ``IAEA,'' and criticizes China for being ``unscientific.'' That's crazy.

Japan counters that other countries also discharge cooling water into their reactors. However, China counters that other countries' water is used as cooling water for nuclear reactors, and that Japan's treated water is wastewater from "contaminated water from nuclear accidents." The IAEA cannot say that it is scientifically safe because there is no case study.

Today, I would like to introduce the claim that global warming is caused by wastewater from nuclear power plants. I am a proponent of safe nuclear power plants, but I think that the construction of nuclear reactors that drain cooling water should be abolished in order to prevent global warming.

``Assistant Professor Hiroaki Koide'' of ``Former Kyoto University Nuclear Reactor Research Institute'' announced this on March 2010. For example, in the case of a nuclear power plant with a capacity of 1 million kW. This means that ``approximately 2 million kW of energy'' will be ``dumped into the ocean.'' This energy raises the temperature of 70 tons of seawater by 7 degrees Celsius per second.

He says that the hot wastewater from nuclear power plants is equivalent to warming the water in all of Japan's rivers by about 2 degrees Celsius, and if this does not cause global warming, it would be strange. This seems to explain why the ice in the North Pole is melting, while the ice in the Antarctic is not.

Furthermore, large amounts of dissolved carbon dioxide (CO2) are released from the seawater. If nuclear power could be converted to thermal power, that alone would reduce the amount of heat dumped into the ocean by more than half.

From the nuclear power plant's point of view, it is better to dilute and dispose of the waste rather than go through the trouble of processing it. For example, nuclear fuel reprocessing plants, which have become a hot topic these days, dump even more radioactive material into the environment than nuclear power plants. However, reprocessing plants do not have large rivers like nuclear power plants.

Therefore, reprocessing plants were exempted from the legal concentration regulations. Conversely, for nuclear power plants, warm wastewater is a very convenient radioactive dilution water.

After all, the direction is to abolish the construction of nuclear power plants. Lifting economic sanctions on Russia will lead Europe to "return" to natural energy such as wind power.

China is not self-sufficient in fuel for nuclear power plants. Therefore, China's strategy is to use its vast land to generate electricity through solar power generation. China plans to procure 100% of its energy domestically.

For this reason, China is "gathering" "raw materials" for "power storage" in order to "fill in" the weaknesses of "solar power generation." Therefore, the "next generation car" will be a "hydrogen car." Hydrogen is produced by electrolysis. Perfect.

The next generation of energy is "natural energy." However, in order to provide a stable supply of electricity, a large amount of "power storage equipment" is required. If that happens, I think China's conclusion is that cars will become ``hydrogen cars''.

I'll write tomorrow too.

"Part 2 (Japan's Abnormal Human Rights Violations)" was revised on March 4, 2023.

Part 2. Victims of human rights violations in Japan. "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc."
There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. An unusual number of people.
*****************************************
There are "innumerable" Chinese and Korean victims.
This was "before the war of WW2" because the Chinese and Koreans were "second-class citizens" of Japan, so the judiciary makes them "idiots".
*****************************************
Everyone, please tell your acquaintances who went to Japan and were arrested for violating the Immigration Law.
It is necessary to demand "governments of each country" to "claim" the Japanese government for "restoration of honor and compensation for damages".
If the government doesn't respond, ask the media for help. "Justice media" will always exist.
You should be a "hero", go for it! !

<Target people>
"1" Provide "false documents" to a foreigner, and the foreigner acquires a "status of residence". And if the foreigner has "illegally worked".
A person who provides "false documents" such as an "employment contract" to a foreigner is innocent.
However, from January 2017, it will be punished by "law revision".
The Chinese and the Philippine embassy staff and diplomats I am 'criminally indicting' are completely innocent. See part 2 for weekdays (Monday to Friday) for details.

``2'' Foreign nationals who have been arrested for ``illegal employment (activities outside of their qualifications'') are ``in most cases'' innocent.***
Reason: The person who "employed" them has not been punished for "promoting illegal employment" under the Immigration Control Act. Therefore, by virtue of "equality under the law," foreigners are innocent.
"Most foreigners" are "deported" with "small" "fines". Foreigners should "claim" the Japanese government for "compensation" of "several million yen" per person.

It is crazy for Koreans to "claim compensation" from the Japanese government for the "comfort women issue" and "requisitioned labor issue." They should claim reparations from the "Korean government". (The Korean government has already received it).

The issue of "violation of the Immigration Control Act" is completely different from the "Japan-Korea Treaty". Therefore, Korean politicians need to "pursue" the Japanese government as a "new Japan-Korea problem". Koreans and Chinese should proudly claim that they are not "Japanese slaves."

Japan's prime minister shouts "rule under the law". They are "talking about Japan" crazy!

Only two countries, South Korea and the United States, have concluded an extradition treaty with Japan.
This is also evidence that Japan does not have a "rule under the law".

Part 3. Construction of special zones.
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and immigrants as "temporary immigrant" workers, limiting their residence to the "special zone". Developed countries can use them as low-wage workers for economic growth, and refugees and immigrants can get jobs and live a hopeful human life.
