Russia should propose an end to the Ukraine war by emigrating "Turkish Kurds" to eastern Ukraine (Donpass). I think Europe would agree because they were concerned about the human rights of the "Turkish Kurds."
Russia should consult with the Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts and make efforts to establish a Kurd-ish state in the Donpass region. Russia and Ukraine should agree to make this country a ``demilita-rized and neutral zone''.
Russia's armistice condition was ``unarmed neutrality'' in ``all areas of Ukraine,'' but I think it will be difficult to end the war if this condition is adhered to. The Kurdish issue is also an important human rights issue in the EU.
Ukraine has also expelled Russia by making Russian-occupied territories such as the Donpass re-gion a ``non-Russian state.'' Ukraine should move toward a realistic end to the war.
