Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

The biggest reason why countries such as Belgium and Spain are increasing their imports of Russian LNG seems to be concerns about the insecurity in the supply of natural gas. American products are too expensive.

To President Biden

December 9, 2023: Saturday edition. Dear Sirs,
Europe, which has been leading the world in decarbonization policies, is facing headwinds. It is clear that it will be difficult to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement under the current circumstances.

While life is difficult. It cannot be right to impose large costs. The Paris Agreement and the war business should be separated.

On the 14th, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Secretariat released a report stating that even if each country achieves its greenhouse gas reduction targets, emissions in 2030 will only decrease by 2% compared to 2019.

A 2% reduction is far from the Paris Agreement, which requires a 43% reduction. This plan is “unreasonable”! "It's a funny story."

Energy consumption in India, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East is all expected to increase by 30-50% in 2050 compared to 2021. We should "recalculate" the "allocation" of CO2.

In September, British Prime Minister Sunak announced that he would rescind his policy to ban the sale of new gasoline-powered cars in 2030 and postpone the ban to 2035. I think the promotion of "EV" is a "conspiracy".

The British government twice brought forward the original target of 40 years to combat climate change in an effort to show a positive attitude toward climate change countermeasures, but issues such as the high cost of EVs and the lack of charging facilities were also pointed out. Britain seems to have finally understood.

France is also under pressure to review its energy policy, which has relied on Russia for natural gas, and last winter temporarily restarted operations at coal-fired power plants that had been scheduled for closure. It was the ``short circuit'' that made coal the bad guy.

Climate change countermeasures were "decarbonization." So nuclear power was revived. However, the cooling water that is essential for the operation of nuclear power plants is discharged into the ocean along with its "huge amount of waste heat" along with radioactivity and chemical substances. This is “evil”!

The existence of this "thermal wastewater" or its impact on the environment is rarely discussed. A return to nuclear power under the banner of contributing to global warming cannot be tolerated. Warming seawater is melting the Arctic ice. This cannot be hidden.

In Germany, a far-right party with an ``anti-Green'' campaign won its first county mayoral election in June. The UK's change in policy is also said to be due to the ``struggling'' opposition parties emphasizing decarbonization policies faced in the July by-election. It seems like he has finally calmed down.

The reality is that Europe, which is calling for the ``de-Russianization'' of fossil fuels, is increasing its imports of Russian LNG. Europe needs to stop hiding the "facts."

How should we think about the ``ambivalent'' ``phenomenon'' of increasing dependence on Russian LNG while the EU's natural gas de-Russianization progresses? It seems that the ``double standard'' has been ``exposed.''

In the end, the only source of reductions in the EU is Russian natural gas, which has been imported via pipelines.

Regarding LNG, which is not subject to sanctions against Russia, the amount is actually increasing. The war in Ukraine seems to have been aimed at expanding sales of American shale gas.

As part of its sanctions against Russia, the EU banned the import of Russian petroleum products in February 2023. But with magic. . . .

Since the beginning of 2023, the EU has been increasing its imports of "Indian-made petroleum products," while India has been increasing its imports of "Russian crude oil." As a result, Russian crude oil is flowing into the EU as petroleum products.

The EU, which recognizes the ``backdoor inflow'' of Russian crude oil, has called on India to stop exporting petroleum products refined from Russian crude oil. (Things you don't even have in mind!)

However, as long as crude oil has no color, it is impossible to stop the trade. This is the "duplicity" of the EU. The truth is, “I want it.”

It is "undeniable" that achieving the goal of eliminating Russian fossil fuels by 2027 may be "ambiguous."

Incidentally, the war in Ukraine should be ended, even if it is vague. The "war business" must be stopped. We should seriously do politics for the common people.

I'll write tomorrow too.

"Part 2 (Japan's Abnormal Human Rights Violations)" was revised on March 4, 2023.

Part 2. Victims of human rights violations in Japan. "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc."
There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. An unusual number of people.
*****************************************
There are "innumerable" Chinese and Korean victims.
This was "before the war of WW2" because the Chinese and Koreans were "second-class citizens" of Japan, so the judiciary makes them "idiots".
*****************************************
Everyone, please tell your acquaintances who went to Japan and were arrested for violating the Immigration Law.
It is necessary to demand "governments of each country" to "claim" the Japanese government for "restoration of honor and compensation for damages".
If the government doesn't respond, ask the media for help. "Justice media" will always exist.
You should be a "hero", go for it! !

<Target people>
"1" Provide "false documents" to a foreigner, and the foreigner acquires a "status of residence". And if the foreigner has "illegally worked".
A person who provides "false documents" such as an "employment contract" to a foreigner is innocent.
However, from January 2017, it will be punished by "law revision".
The Chinese and the Philippine embassy staff and diplomats I am 'criminally indicting' are completely innocent. See part 2 for weekdays (Monday to Friday) for details.

``2'' Foreign nationals who have been arrested for ``illegal employment (activities outside of their qualifications'') are ``in most cases'' innocent.***
Reason: The person who "employed" them has not been punished for "promoting illegal employment" under the Immigration Control Act. Therefore, by virtue of "equality under the law," foreigners are innocent.
"Most foreigners" are "deported" with "small" "fines". Foreigners should "claim" the Japanese government for "compensation" of "several million yen" per person.

It is crazy for Koreans to "claim compensation" from the Japanese government for the "comfort women issue" and "requisitioned labor issue." They should claim reparations from the "Korean government". (The Korean government has already received it).

The issue of "violation of the Immigration Control Act" is completely different from the "Japan-Korea Treaty". Therefore, Korean politicians need to "pursue" the Japanese government as a "new Japan-Korea problem". Koreans and Chinese should proudly claim that they are not "Japanese slaves."

Japan's prime minister shouts "rule under the law". They are "talking about Japan" crazy!

Only two countries, South Korea and the United States, have concluded an extradition treaty with Japan.
This is also evidence that Japan does not have a "rule under the law".

Part 3. Construction of special zones.
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and immigrants as "temporary immigrant" workers, limiting their residence to the "special zone". Developed countries can use them as low-wage workers for economic growth, and refugees and immigrants can get jobs and live a hopeful human life.
