To President Biden

April 13, 2024: Saturday edition. Dear Sirs,
Yo Jong, the younger sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, has issued a series of statements. She denounces the Japanese government's "deceptive diplomacy."

Yo Jong's statement: ``Prime Minister Kishida has recently conveyed to us his desire to meet Kim Jong Il directly through different channels.''

In other words, Prime Minister Kishida has said that he would like to have a direct summit meeting. Mr. Kishida apparently wants to hold talks regarding the ``abduction issue'' in which Japan deceived North Korea.

In the statement, Yo Jong said, ``Japan should return the abductees to North Korea first!'' The abductees have already returned to Japan. You all will think this is strange!

North Korea made the same assertion in both its February statement and March 25th statement. If you want to meet with Kim Jong Il, don't mention the ``abduction issue,'' which has been declared ``resolved.''

In 2002, then Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and General Secretary Kim Jong Il held a summit meeting in Pyongyang for the first time in history. At this meeting, North Korea acknowledged for the first time that it had abducted Japanese nationals and apologized. And the "return of the five abductees" was realized.

The problem is that there are other abductees as well. North Korea officially responded that the "remaining" abductees were "dead." However, Japan insists that the "remaining" abductees are "not dead."

The ``abduction victim issue'' that the Japanese government refers to refers to the problem of the ``remaining'' abduction victims. North Korea: ``They are dead.'' The Japanese government said, ``They should be alive.'' This is a parallel line.

North Korea has submitted Megumi Yokota's remains to the Japanese government as proof of her death. However, the Japanese government insisted that the remains were fake.

The Japanese government has concluded that the remains are not those of Megumi Yokota. "This is a very important part of the North Korean investigation results, and we have no choice but to conclude that their investigation was not true. It is extremely regrettable."

The Japanese people were outraged. The media also competed in criticizing North Korea in terms of the intensity of its anger. However, two months later, the British scientific magazine ``Nature'' ``questioned'' this ``examination.''

The author questioned the fact that ``DNA'' was detected in bones that had been burned at temperatures as high as 1,200 degrees Celsius, and Tomio Yoshii, then a lecturer at Teikyo University School of Medicine who conducted the appraisal, was ``surprised.''

``Lecturer Yoshii himself'' who conducted the appraisal did not ``conclude'' that ``the remains belonged to someone else.'' However, at what stage did the conclusion change that it belonged to someone else?

The Japanese government objected to Nature magazine's findings and denied that it would conduct a "re-examination." In response, Nature magazine made the following criticism in its March 17 issue:

Japanese politicians must face up to ``scientific uncertainties'' no matter how unpleasant they may be. To fight North Korea, we should use ``diplomatic means'' and not sacrifice ``scientific ethics'' to do so.

The Japanese government considers it ``politically important'' that the ``abduction victims'' are ``alive.'' What do people around the world think?

The surviving abductees have already returned to Japan. In fact, by letting "them" return to Japan, the Japanese government "tricked" North Korea into returning to Japan.

When the ``five surviving abductees'' returned to Japan, the Japanese and North Korean governments promised to ``temporarily'' return them to North Korea and then ``return them to Japan.''

However, the Japanese government broke that promise and did not return the five people to the north. There were pros and cons to this within Japan.

However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been negative about breaking promises with North Korea, and Chief Cabinet Secretary Fukuda has also made statements in favor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at a press conference.

One newspaper wrote, ``If Japan does not return the five people to North Korea, North Korea may fire missiles at Japan.'' If a newspaper writes something like this, ``public opinion will become bearish.''

In fact, the commentator who wrote the article also thought it would be scary if North Korea were to shoot (missiles) at them. But now it's a reality.

North Korea is telling Japan to return ``five people'' to North Korea, and is ``shooting missiles'' into the Sea of Japan. Everyone in the world, which country is at fault?

I'll write tomorrow too.

Part 2. Victims of human rights violations in Japan. "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc."
There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. An unusual number of people.
*****************************************
There are "innumerable" Chinese and Korean victims.
This was "before the war of WW2" because the Chinese and Koreans were "second-class citizens" of Japan, so the judiciary makes them "idiots".
*****************************************
Everyone, please tell your acquaintances who went to Japan and were arrested for violating the Immigration Law.
It is necessary to demand "governments of each country" to "claim" the Japanese government for "restoration of honor and compensation for damages".
If the government doesn't respond, ask the media for help. "Justice media" will always exist.
You should be a "hero", go for it! !

<Target people>
"1" Provide "false documents" to a foreigner, and the foreigner acquires a "status of residence". And if the foreigner has "illegally worked".
A person who provides "false documents" such as an "employment contract" to a foreigner is innocent.
However, from January 2017, it will be punished by "law revision".
The Chinese and the Philippine embassy staff and diplomats I am 'criminally indicting' are completely innocent. See part 2 for weekdays (Monday to Friday) for details.

``2'' Foreign nationals who have been arrested for ``illegal employment (activities outside of their qualifications'') are ``in most cases'' innocent.***
Reason: The person who "employed" them has not been punished for "promoting illegal employment" under the Immigration Control Act. Therefore, by virtue of "equality under the law," foreigners are innocent.
"Most foreigners" are "deported" with "small" "fines". Foreigners should "claim" the Japanese government for "compensation" of "several million yen" per person.

It is crazy for Koreans to "claim compensation" from the Japanese government for the "comfort women issue" and "requisitioned labor issue." They should claim reparations from the "Korean government". (The Korean government has already received it).

The issue of "violation of the Immigration Control Act" is completely different from the "Japan-Korea Treaty". Therefore, Korean politicians need to "pursue" the Japanese government as a "new Japan-Korea problem". Koreans and Chinese should proudly claim that they are not "Japanese slaves."

Japan's prime minister shouts "rule under the law". They are "talking about Japan" crazy!

Only two countries, South Korea and the United States, have concluded an extradition treaty with Japan.
This is also evidence that Japan does not have a "rule under the law".

Part 3. Construction of special zones.
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and immigrants as "temporary immigrant" workers, limiting their residence to the "special zone". Developed countries can use them as low-wage workers for economic growth, and refugees and immigrants can get jobs and live a hopeful human life.
