The Minister of Justice's administrative disposition to revoke the residence status at his discretion is not a law. Therefore, he is innocent. So in 2016, the Immigration Control Act was amended to add a provision that makes him guilty.
The 2016 amendment to the Immigration Control Act "proved" that the punishment against me was illegal. I send emails every day. But still, there has been no restoration of honor or compensation from the Japanese government.
