Happy New Year! Mr. Trump should quickly establish a #TripartiteMilitaryAlli-ance (#G3MA) with the United States, Russia, and China and convert countries around the world into #exclusivelydefensivenations. This will reduce military spending and improve the lives of people around the world.
As the US economy declines and the US unipolar system collapses, the world acts selfishly. By avoiding and not funding war, Mr. Trump is doing everything he can to halt the decline of the US economy.
By starting the Ukraine war with the support of the Biden administration, Mr. Zelenskyy is plunging Western countries into chaos and bringing their econo-mies to the brink of collapse.
While Trump's withdrawal from Ukraine is expected to bring the Ukraine war to an end, in the Far East, Japan's "Mr. Takaichi" is "inciting" war with China.
Mr. Takaichi seems to have a similar personality to Zelensky. She's a crazy woman who believes Trump will get drawn into a war with China!
President Trump should win the Nobel Peace Prize for forming a #TripartiteMili-taryAlliance (#G3MA) with President Putin and President Xi Jinping and making each country a #defensivenation.
The only American presidents to win the Nobel Peace Prize are Theodore Roo-sevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Jimmy Carter, and Barack Obama.
The formation of #G3MA by these three would be an "incredible achievement." No other Nobel Prize winners in history will surpass them.
No country would want to go to war with #G3MA. If #G3MA were formed, there would be no war on Earth for at least 100 years.
If any country were to wage war against #G3MA, it would be a "foolish nation" and "would disappear from the face of the earth within days."
The United States, Russia, and China are a "joint hegemonic alliance of na-tions." Decisions under #G3MA are made through tripartite agreements, and these three countries act as a kind of global policeman.
#G3MA's withdrawal provisions stipulate that a withdrawing country can only do so if it wins a nuclear war against the other two countries. Therefore, #G3MA will remain in place in perpetuity.
Under #G3MA, the Ukraine war would be "ended" immediately. Of course, it would end as proposed by Russia, with European objections ignored.
Under #G3MA, the Taiwan issue would be "resolved" immediately. Of course, Chinese troops would invade Taiwan and the Taiwanese government would be bloodlessly dissolved.
President Trump should immediately meet with President Putin and President Xi Jinping and declare the establishment of #G3MA. The establishment of #G3MA does not require UN approval.
People around the world would rejoice. A "world without war" would be real-ized. Go America, Go Trump. Go Putin, Go Xi Jinping.

Philippine diplomats, embassy staff, and Filipino drivers have suffered the same damage as me.

In my "personal opinion," the prosecutors "concealed" the "criminal complaint" and "criminal accusation" by their "authority." Therefore, the "statute of limitations" has been suspended.

"Errors in the application of law" are not subject to "requests for retrial" under the "Criminal Procedure Law."
However, if the "crime of the inspectors and police officers involved in the case" is "proven," a request for retrial can be made.

They "arrested" us even though there was "no suspicion of a crime." And they even "detained" us. (There is a precedent for grand jury decisions.)

Requests for retrial can be made by us or by the prosecutors.
I believe that the prosecution should admit guilt and make a request for a retrial.
I will not give up. It has been 15 years since the incident.
The only country that can resolve this case is the United States.
When Trump was the former president, he promised me.
He replied with a signed letter saying, "I will resolve this in a way that satisfies you."
I hope that this time he will keep his promise.
