大国となった中国は南シナ海を埋め立て、民主主義と法の下での支配を破壊した。
しかし、アメリカは何もできない。
アメリカは、大国に対しは、「取引？」で済ませる国という誤解？を諸外国に与えてしまった。
それが北朝鮮の行動であると思う。
