前回 は、特別公務員が、不法に逮捕・監禁したので、
「特別公務員職権乱用罪」であることを記載しました。
今回、警察官は、私たちは何ら犯罪行為をしていないのに、
入管法22条４－４（虚偽の書類提出）の幇助行為を事実として、
刑法の幇助罪で、刑罰を科す目的で送検した事実を記載します。
警察官らは、２０１０年６月１５日前頃、持っている職権を不法に乱用して、
私（長野）は何ら犯罪が思科されないし、
犯罪行為をしていないにもかかわらず、手柄を得たい警察官らは、
不法就労した正犯を、入管法違反（資格外活動）で厳しく懲役刑にすることを画策した。
それには国際法に反しないために、
入管法の幇助者である事業者を不法就労助長罪で処罰せねばならないが、
私を代わりの幇助者としてでっち上げた。
入管法の在留資格取消行為（行政処分）の幇助行為を理由として、
刑法で処罰させることを画策し、
内容虚偽の雇用契約書を不法就労した正犯に提供したことは、犯罪であるとした。
月島署に逮捕監禁中の私を入管法違反（資格外活動による不法就労）の幇助罪の容疑で、
東京地方検察庁に内容嘘偽の罪名で虚偽告訴（送検）した。
警察官らの行為は、刑法１７２条虚偽告訴罪に該当します。
