不法就労させた事業者を入管法７３の２条「不法就労助長罪」で刑事処分します。
両者を平等に刑事処分します。
こうすることで、日本国憲法の「法の下での平等」や
恣意的に外国人を処分することを禁じた「国際法」
（市民権と政治的権利に関する国際規約）に反しないように立法しています。
しかし、実態は、（不法就労させた事業者）を「不法就労助長罪」で処分せず、
（不法就労した外国人だけ）を「不法就労罪」で刑事処分し、国外追放にしています。
これは、外国人を恣意的に差別することを禁じた国際法に反しています。
日本国憲法の法の下での平等にも反しています。
不法な適用法誤りを指摘すると、警察官は「一般論で罪を認めろ」と言って、
自白を強要します。検察官は、「私は偉いのです。
