Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

<Public mail> #MeToo Human rights victim! UK Prime Minister Teliza Mei 2018-05-14: Illegal by government officials in Japan Please relieve the "humanitarian crime" victim at "violation of immigration law".

Dear Sirs, I am Japanese.
Please rescue the victims of human rights abuses in your country's "illegal work" by the Japanese government.

Foreigners who stay in Japan,
Except for qualifications such as "permanent residence" or "Japanese spouse"
The scope of working with income earned by each status of residence is restricted.

If foreigners gain income other than activities stipulated for each status of residence,
It will be punished under Article 70 of the Immigration Act as illegal employment outside the status of residence.

Of course, foreigners whose period of stay has passed have been illegally staying, so they are unconditionally illegally employed.

Importantly,
Illegal employment, with foreigners who are not eligible to work,
It is made up of some businesses hiring foreigners who are not eligible to work.

By doing so, a business operator hiring foreigners who are not qualified to work,
The Immigration Control Act punishes business operators. Article 73-2 (Crime that promoted illegal employment).

The Immigration Control Act punishes both foreigners who have worked illegally and businesses (employers) who have illegally worked.

Continue.

Governments of each country should ask the Japanese government to rescue their citizens who have suffered human rights violations by the Japanese government.
Rather than newly accepting immigrants and refugees, the people's relief should be given priority.
I am e-mailing for that. There are many victims all over the world.

Prime Minister Teliza Mei, please just support the British citizen and me and the victims of the world with justice.

It is a humanitarian crime under "illegal worker's crime" by Japanese officials.
Not only Japanese law but international law violation. The material is below.
