January 05, 2020, "Special Zones!" Sunday Edition. Dear Sirs,

France has announced it will aim for a pension reform by the summer of 2020. But strikes continue in opposition to pension reform. Reforms that increase benefits are supported but reforms that reduce it are opposed. I think how to increase the funding for pensions. I affirm that I have to create "special zones" and accept immigrants and refugees as "interim migrants" and "exploit" them. This is discrimination, but it is necessary to protect the "life" of the French. The same is true for the "Special Zones" in the United States.

Part 1. The pillar of the reform is a unified pension system that provides equal security among insured people. Pension reform is one of President Macron's election promises, and the government has been in talks with labor and management since April 2018.

France currently has 42 pension plans.

Government employees calculate their salary based on the average salary of the highest paid salaries in the last 25 years, whereas civil servants calculate the salary based on the average salary six months before retirement.

In addition, the conditions for receiving benefits vary from one system to another, such as a preferential treatment for early retirement.

The Macron administration is determined to pursue reforms, but a recent opinion poll showed that 62% of those who supported strikes responded to trade union demands backed by public opinion.

Attention has been focused on whether the administration will make concessions.

(The above is from December 30, 2019, NHK News and others).

I think the purpose of the pension reform is wonderful.

However, we can understand the "people's feelings" that the conditions for pension payments will worsen.

After all, the French government has no choice but to accept the demands of the unions.

But the French union is wonderful !!

Since Japan is a labor union of each company, the government will cooperate with each company through Keidanren.

Business owners persuade the union.

Union members cannot oppose unions.

When joining a large company, employees of a large company have a contract to become a member of the company's union.

Leaving the union has to leave the company.

French unions are a great union system. !

The Japanese are pleased, saying, "Other people's misfortunes taste the same as honey."

So it is not a "big problem".

President Macron should accept the demands of democratic unions.

However, there should be one system.

The only scarce “pension fund” is “exploitation” from refugees and immigrants.

In other words, "refugees and immigrants have different rights and obligations from French citizens."

I think that the only "best interest" of French citizens in the international community of the global economy is "to do this".

Continue tomorrow.

Part 2. Help victims of human rights abuses by the Japanese government.

The prosperity of the free world is "realized" by freedom, democracy and "rule under the law."

I seriously seek the "rule of law".

"Illegal punishment" of "violation of immigration law" has caused many victims in the world.

For details, see the "Send on weekdays" email.

Please instruct related parties to investigate.

There are many American victims.

Documents to be submitted to ICC.
