To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson
The UN Human Rights Council acquitted Carlos Ghosn. And the working group is asking Japan to make compensation for him.
"We" are also completely "not guilty" in "immigration law violation cases".
Please support our "files" against "ICC" and "OHCHR".
Please "pursue" Japan's "arbitrary" "human rights violations" at the United Nations and the G7.
If this is not done, the "death penalty system" will not disappear from Japan.
The G7 nations should teach the Japanese that "human rights" are important.
The Japanese government says it is "ineffective" in response to the UN report.
Economic sanctions on Japan are needed.
2020-12-25: Dear Sir,
I sent a letter to the President of the Philippines.
I also sent a letter to the Philippine Embassy in Japan.
And I send an email to the Philippine Embassy in Japan every day.
In 2014, embassy staff and diplomats were arrested or punished for "support charges"
in the "immigration law violation case" that occurred at the Philippine embassy in Japan.
Fortunately, some officials and diplomats fled to the Philippines before their arrest.
It's the same as Carlos Ghosn's case.
Employees and diplomats who provide false employment contracts are not guilty.
The reason for the amendment states that it is "not guilty"
in the January 2017 amendment of the Immigration Control Act.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished". Furthermore,
the Philippi people who worked at the "landscaping shop" are not guilty.
The reason is that employers who hired them illegally are not punished
under Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control Act.
This is because it violates Article 14 of the Japanese Constitution,
"equality under the law," and international law,
which prohibits the "arbitrary" punishment of foreigners.
A working group of the United Nations Human Rights Council has pleaded not guilty to Mr. Ghosn's arrest
and detention as "arbitrary" and "unreasonable."
The Government of the Philippines should demand the Government of Japan to restore the honor
and apologize to the people of the Philippines.
Part 1 Please see the article in the Yomiuri Shimbun
for the "Immigration Control Law Violation Case" at the Philippine Embassy.
This is information manipulation in Japan.
Most newspapers reported in as much space as the Yomiuri Shimbun.
Anyone who understands Japanese can understand that it is an arbitrary punishment.
In our 2010 "Crime to Support Immigration Control Violations,"
they were "arbitrarily" arrested and imprisoned in violation of the law. And made us "a prison labor sentence".
The revised Immigration Control Act proves that the criminal reason for the "indictment" is not a crime.
It was established at the 192nd Extraordinary Diet Session and has been in force since January 1, 2017.
A person who has obtained a status of residence through a false application.
Penalties were applied to "application agents" such as workplaces, lawyers,
administrative scriveners, and school staff who supported this.
I will write tomorrow, too.
The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. Thank you to everyone in the international community.
However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized. See below for the indictment. (Japanese)
