2021-08-05: Dear Sir
The world's "major car companies" say
they will stop selling gasoline cars to "electric cars" in 2030.
The government says it will abolish "coal power generation."
In the UK, the shift to EV will make the power shortage serious,
and it is said that it will be equivalent to 10 nuclear power plants by 2040!
Automobile companies should be responsible for the supply of "electricity".
Many countries, such as Japan, collect a "gasoline tax" from the "owner" of a "gasoline car."
The "government of each country" should "discuss" the "tax alternative to the gasoline tax".
As "next-generation automobiles"
that use electricity and hydrogen begin to "penetrate" from gasoline engines,
governments should implement realistic reductions in "CO2 of automobiles."
For that purpose, "promotion" of "e-fuel" should be carried out.
"E-fuel" is a synthetic liquid fuel of carbon dioxide and hydrogen,
but there are more conditions. Carbon dioxide is emitted in the atmosphere or in factories,
and hydrogen is also required to be carbon-free generated from water
with the surplus power of renewable energy.
Automakers in Europe, especially Germany, have begun to put it into practical use as soon as possible,
and if it becomes practical and widespread,
it will be possible for the major parts industries such as engines and transmissions to survive.
In Japan as well, Japanese automobile manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan,
and Honda have begun full-scale research on the new fuel.
I think that the realization of "CO2" reduction
without changing the social structure such as the current infrastructure is to replace gasoline with "e fuel".
The supply of "e fuel" can be supplied by the existing "GS".
The "G7" and "G20" should discuss the global regime to promote "e fuel".
I think the "problem" of "e fuel" is the cost of "hydrogen"!
We should hurry to put into practical use the "Japanese high-temperature gas reactor"
that produces hydrogen while generating electricity!
Part 1 What is the new fuel "e-fuel"?
In other words, in principle, it cannot be said to be "e-fuel" unless it is produced using renewable energy,
and "carbon neutral" (called carbon neutrality)
in which carbon dioxide emission and absorption are the same is realized.
"E-fuel" can be mixed and used not only with "gasoline fuel" but also with "diesel fuel".
if a gasoline-fueled vehicle or a hybrid vehicle equipped with a normal engine uses this "e-fuel",
it is possible to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emitted from the running vehicle.
Therefore, it can be approached to "carbon neutral".
It takes less time to "manufacture", can be mass-produced,
and is less susceptible to the weather like plants.
Automakers focused on being able to "manufacture" industrially.
New fuel e-fuel, Toyota / Nissan / Honda are serious
Toyota Motor, Nissan Motor, and Honda will each be serious about research and development of "e-fuel,"
a synthetic liquid fuel of carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen (H2).
The CO2 emissions of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs),
including the energy generation stage,
will be lower than those of electric vehicles (EVs).
Prepare for stricter environmental regulations in 2030.
I will write tomorrow, too.
The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states
that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.
Reason: Amend from "cannot be punished" to "can be punished".
It is a false charge. However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized.

Part 2 Please see the following for the "false charges" of "crimes of support
for immigration law violations" in 2010
Economic activity should be "returned" to normal even under the "new corona"!
Will I continue to receive the corona vaccine two or three times a year? Crazy!
We should develop a "tester" that instantly "finds" a "positive" like thermography.
In certain places tested, negatives can return to "normal life without a mask"!
