Japan's Justice in the Dark

Please support so that Japan will be governed under the law, fundamental human rights will be protected, and it will become a country complying with international law

To British Prime Minister I wrote the "Chinese innocence" to the "Chinese Embassy in Japan" about the "2010 Immigration Control Act Violation Case". The answer from the Chinese embassy was "polite". I understand the innocence of the Chinese. Thank you. Ho

To British Prime Minister Boris Johnson

February 12, 2022: Saturday edition. Dear Sir, "Beijing Olympics", which "Chairman Nancy Pelosi of the United States" called for a "diplomatic boycott," has "opened." The "US" "criticizes" China's human rights abuses. However, "US government officials" pretend to be "unseen" for Japanese human rights violations. The United States should stop "double standards of human rights" on the issue of human rights violations. The allegations of "some US politicians" only seem to demand "bribery" from China.

I appealed to the Japanese government for "arbitrary and illegal punishment" in Japan in the "immigration law violation case". However, the Japanese government arbitrarily made "letter of complaint" and "bill of indictment" "rejected". The international community has "condemned" the Japanese government. The Japanese government refused because of "non-intervention in domestic affairs". However, since the criminal reason for the "indictment" cannot be "punished", the Immigration Control Act was amended at the extraordinary Diet session in 2016 so that it could be "punished". However, the "victim" is "ignored".

I wrote the "Chinese innocence" to the "Chinese Embassy in Japan" about the "2010 Immigration Control Act Violation Case". The answer from the Chinese embassy was "polite". I understand the innocence of the Chinese. Thank you. However, the Chinese government does not "protest" the Japanese government. The reason is that China and Japan have "agreeed" with each other on the principle of non-intervention in domestic affairs. This is the reason why Japan is "pretending not to see" in "China's human rights issues." Of course, I think there is also a "honey trap".

Chinese enter Japan with a "student visa". Most of "they" violate "Article 70 of the Immigration Control and Refuge" (labor other than status of residence). Chinese are arrested. The reason is that there is a "reporting system". However, those who hire "Chinese who are not qualified to work" will not be punished "arbitrarily" under "Article 73-2 of the Immigration Control and Refuge" (a crime that promotes illegal labor). This violates Article 14 "Equality under the Law" of the Japanese Constitution. It also violates international law, which prohibits arbitrary punishment. This victim is at least "from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands", including Americans.

In addition, the prosecution falsely disguised the "applicable law" as "arbitrary" and "punished" it. The "criminal law aiding crime" was applied to the violation of "Article 70 of the Immigration Control and Refuge". The reason for the crime is the "reason" for providing the "false documents" stipulated in "Article 22-4-4 of the Immigration Control and Refuge". But this is not a "crime". This is an "administrative disposition" made by the Minister of Justice. This amended the Immigration Control Act in 2016 to allow punishment.

On February 1, the House of Representatives resolved to be a "threat to the international community", expressing serious concern over China's human rights. China is "repulsive". This is because Japan "broke the promise" of each other's "non-intervention in domestic affairs." However, the resolution does not say the "country name" of "China."

The Biden administration "does not know" anything about the relationship between "Japan and China." "Human rights violations" is an East Asian culture. The idea of making only China a "bad guy" should be abandoned. Chinese government officials should graduate from Japan's "honey trap." The Chinese people should protest the "US and Japanese governments."

Part 2 See below for the "false charges" of the 2010 "crimes of support for immigration law violations"
The amendment of the Immigration Control Act in January 2017 states that "I am not guilty" as the reason for the amendment.

It is a false charge. However, the Japanese government has not yet apologized.

Part 3 Construction of special zones.
"Special Zone of Algeria" by "EU", "Special Zone of Mexican Border" by the United States,
"Australia's special zone" by the new TPP (IPP), Japan's "Okinawa's special zone" ....
The "special zone" "accepts" refugees and poor people as "provisional migrants."
They "separate" from "workers in developed countries".
Developed countries can "manufacture" cheaper than Chinese products by "employing" "provisional immigrants."
Making a product that can beat Chinese products will weaken the Chinese army ...
