To President Trump
May 3, 2025 (Saturday Edition)
The Vatican announced the death of Pope Francis on April 21. He was 88 years old. The Ukrainian conflict, which the Pope was concerned about, has not yet ended.
The Pope said that the Ukrainian conflict was somehow caused or "not prevented," and expressed the view that arms sales and other factors were behind it.
In Western countries, there was a series of criticisms of the Pope, such as "Is he pro-Russia?" The Pope's remarks were "ignored" by the Biden administration's "information control." How sad!
President Trump has stated that the cause of the Ukrainian war is Ukraine's Mr. Zelensky. However, the cause of the war is still the "Russian aggression theory."
A student from the University of Tokyo has super-summarized the "Ukrainian conflict." They say that the "Ukrainian conflict" began in 2014.
The main cause of the Ukrainian War is said to be the conflict between pro-Russian forces supported by Russia and the pro-Western Ukrainian government, which broke out after Russia's annexation of Crimea.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Ukraine, which gained independence from the Soviet Union, experienced intensified conflict between pro-Western and pro-Russian forces.
In 2004, protests broke out over allegations of fraud in the presidential election, and pro-Western President Yushchenko was elected (Orange Revolution). I was intrigued by the EU flag behind him.
However, political turmoil continued under President Yushchenko, and in 2010 pro-Russian Yanukovych, who had been ousted in the Orange Revolution, returned to the presidency.
However, in 2013, President Yanukovych was also ousted by a pro-Western protest movement (Euromaidan Revolution), and pro-Western Poroshenko became president.
In response, pro-Russian protests broke out in Ukraine. Pro-Russian militants seized the Crimean parliament, and Crimea became independent from Ukraine.
After that, a referendum on annexation to Russia was held, which was passed by a majority. The next day, Crimea declared independence from Ukraine and was annexed by Russia.
The annexation of Crimea triggered conflict between pro-Western Ukrainian government forces and pro-Russian militants in some parts of eastern Ukraine.
A ceasefire was established by the Minsk Agreement, but the conflict in eastern Ukraine continued. In 2015, a ceasefire was established between the Ukrainian government and pro-Russian forces in eastern Ukraine, mediated by Germany and France.
The Minsk Agreement, which stipulated the withdrawal of foreign troops, was concluded, but former Chancellor Merkel revealed that the agreement was a "buying time" to build a "war regime."
The terms of the agreement were favorable to Russia. As a result, conflict continued in eastern Ukraine even after the agreement, which was one of the major factors behind Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Let's change the topic. Russia was a very chaotic country from its collapse in 1991 until 2010. It was also militarily weak.
President Putin felt that NATO was cornering Russia. At this time, the only person who extended a hand to Russia was Chancellor Kohl of Germany.
Many people say that President Putin thinks that other European countries, especially the United States, have turned their backs on Russia, as if "shooting a dog that has fallen into water."
Now, President Trump seems to be lobbying President Putin. "Leaders of Western countries" are dissatisfied with this. We should "remember the past" and reflect on why the ceasefire is not progressing.

"Chapter 3". I also appealed to the international community.
"I" explained my case using "legal logic" and claimed "innocence". However, the police and prosecutors said that I should "admit" my "guilt" in "general terms".
However, Article 31 of the Japanese Constitution stipulates that punishment can only be imposed based on "legal and administrative law".
The judge explained the "causal relationship" using the logic of "when the wind blows, the (cooper) makes money". The international community will "laugh" when they "see" the (reason for punishment) in Chapter 2.
I am "appealing" for two things.
1: The foreigner was "illegally working" outside of his "legal residence status". However, he is innocent due to "equality under the law".
2: The prosecution "applied" the "act of aiding and abetting" of "Article 22, Paragraph 4, Item 4 of the Immigration Control Act (cancellation of residence status)" to the violation of Article 70 of the Immigration Control Act as the "crime of aiding and abetting" of Articles 60 and 62 of the Criminal Code. In this case, the provisions of the Immigration Control Act (administrative measures) take precedence.
Prosecutors do not have the "legal skills" to prepare an indictment. Prosecutors do not have the "legal ability" to prepare an indictment. In Japanese, it's like "mixing miso paste and feces."
In 2010, "me and the Chinese" who violated the Immigration Control Act, and in 2013, Philippine embassy staff and diplomats were also punished for the same reason.
Under pressure from the international community, the Japanese government revised the Immigration Control Act.
However, the Japanese government has not "apology" to "me, the Chinese, and the Filipinos." It has not "restored their honor or paid compensation."
In response to criticism from the international community, the Japanese government amended the Immigration Control Act in December 2016 to make it punishable to "provide" a "false employment contract." This came into effect in January 2017.
However, Article 39 of the Constitution means that people cannot be "punished" "retroactively."
Japan needs to re-educate its special-class public servants and educate its Diet members on the Constitution and laws.
"Chapter 4." Look at the "indictment."
The facts stated "state" the "facts" of "innocence." (Japanese/English)

This case is an error in the arbitrary application of the law by police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Reeducation of special public officials is necessary.
"Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." There are tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of victims all over the world. It's an abnormal number.
"Chapter 5". After his release, he emailed the Japanese embassy, OHCHR, and ICC for help.
The ambassador of African country A cannot protest to the Japanese government in his capacity as ambassador. (Because country A is supported by the Japanese government), but he can get his friends at the ICC to take action.
I think an international organization probably pointed this out to the Japanese government.
After that, the Immigration Control Act was amended in December 2016 to make it possible to punish the act of providing false employment contracts. This came into effect in January 2017.
But no one has not notified us of anything.
Furthermore, Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that laws cannot be applied retroactively to punish people.
There are tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of victims around the world, and they are said to be "Chinese, Korean, Filipino, American, etc." This is an abnormal number.
